Task One:
Copyright: Copyright is a law that protects people creativity. when someone create something then he own that thing. An example of this is if you make an image then you have the right to let others to use it or not because you are the owner of the image. You can do that by posting creative common licence that letting others to use it.
Creative common: Creative Commons helps you share your knowledge and creativity with  all the people around you. There are a lot of creative common websites as Flickr. Flickr is website that where you can find creative common images.
Piracy: piracy is when someone installs and uses software without paying to the program this is when you braking the law of copyrights. An example of this is computer software programs can be illegally download and that can be done by downloading the program from unauthorised sources.

Task Two:

Copyright is a law that gives the creator of a work the right to authorize others to do so. Creative common license is that authorization. Instead of answering thousand requests asking if others are allowed to use your work. When the creator of the work has creative common license that will allow people to use his work under terms that been set by the creator if you break the terms that has been set by the creator then you are breaking the copyright law. An example of this is if you use a creative common photo and the creator of the photo says that you need to write his name under the photo, but you don’t write his name then you are not following the copyright law. Copyright protects creator’s work while Piracy is form of breaking the law of copyright. Then the copyright holder which is the creator of the work will give you a warning to take of his work if you don’t  take of his work then you might go jail but depend on the copyright infringement. Also you could face panalties more than $100,000 for each infringed work.

Task Three:
Megaupload had been taken down by the USA FBI the site on the 19th of January 2012 was taken down due to piracy allegation. some of the megaupload staff Kim Dot Com was one of them were charged with copyright infrigement and four got arrested in New Zealand. Megaupload is website that can allowed people to download photos, music, films and games in the way that breaks copyright law this is one of the reasons that lead the USA FBI to take down the megaupload site. 

Mega is cloud storage and file hosting service.There are about 7 million visitors to mega. There are about 49 languages available on Mega. Copyright was breached in these two sites when visitors can download any music, movie, etc without using creative common. The person in charge of these two sites whcih is Kim Dot Com is defending charges of mass copyright infrigement, online piracy and money laundering. Therefore copyright has been breached in these two websites because "Dotcom, Finn Batato, Mathias Ortmann and Bram van der kolk are defending cahrges of mass copyright infringement, online piracy and money laundering." nz herald

task one :

An Asset is an element that is managed only within a particular application.World is the place where your object is and there are three axis on the world which are y-axis, x-axis and the Z-axis. Camera helps you to view your object. In blender you can view your object through four different ways which are right view, left view, front view and the back view. Cube is your object and you can use many different object in blender. Lamp is the three coloured arrows which it add lights to the world. In the world you can move your object using the three coloured arrows then you can record your movement on the frame line. However you can not move your object in the outlinear but you can change the name of your object.

File management:
In file manegment you need to set your files all in the right place. You will need to create new floder to save your blender file and images if you are using texture image or image to help you working on you animation as we used the walk cycle image. There will be a problem if you want to add image texture and the image that you want to add as your texture is not saved in the folder that you saved your blender file in before. The texture image will not be shown on your modle if its not saved in the same folder that your blender file in. An example of this is when I was modling shape at home I added image texture to my modle it was working because I saved the image that I added as my texture in the same location that I saved my blender file.when I render there was no problem with my model. afterward I saved only my blender file on my USB without saving my texture image. When I went to school I tried to see my texture on the school computers it did not work and I was told that I need the image that I added as my texture to be saved in the same folder that my blender file saved on.

Task Two:

The armacher which are the bones that I added to my character so that it will help me to model my character. Then I move the bone that I want to move after that I record that on the frame line After that I can see my character is moving.













When I made my character in Blender I used the mirror so what ever I do on one side I will be able to see it the other side of my character. Therefore that tool saved me time working on my character by that I worked on one side of my character and I did not need to go and do the same work on the other side. When you finish modeling your character you need to apply to the mirror tool otherwise when you get to the end you will only have one side of your character that because you did not apply to the mirror tool.
